The Solution
The last Big Game hosted in this city, 11 years earlier, was notorious for a 34-minute power outage during the third quarter. This time, Softility played a key role on the custome’s cross-functional team, deploying extended telemetry across both existing network infrastructure and temporary event-specific equipment. Mock drills simulated network latency and disruptions across departments to test response times, and an Operational Assurance Readiness Bridge, a command and control center, ran coordination and communication for more than 12 hours through the end of the broadcast.
