Softility kicks off first-ever internal hackathon to promote innovation, collaboration, and initiative
Fostering a culture of innovation, Softility launched its first hackathon. Nine cross-technology teams across the US and India tackled futuristic solutions in cloud, data, ITSM, and AIOps.
Nine teams, spanning multiple geographies, chose their problem statements and mentors at a festive townhall kickoff event.
Teams explored technology outside their regular roles, building skills through hands-on ideation, brainstorming, and cross-functional collaboration.
A structured path to the finale: internal jury pitches, followed by three finalists competing head-to-head for top honors.
Awarding Innovation
The hackathon reflects Softility’s maker-culture initiatives, giving agile, cross-geography teams room to experiment and build inventive solutions outside their day-to-day delivery work, the same creative energy that shows up in client-facing innovation.
